To start your return, please enter the order number provided to you at the time of purchase and in your confirmation email, and the email address you provided during your purchase.

What items are returnable?
- Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment
- In original condition
- Unwashed and Unworn
What items are non-refundable?
- Free gifts or promotional items
- Special Orders, Custom, and made-to-order items are non-refundable without previous authorization.
Are there any charges for return?
- There are no repackaging or restocking charges for returns.
- You are responsible for the return shipping cost, except in the case of incorrect, damaged or defective item.
- If the wrong item is received, you will be credited for first-class mail return shipping.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
How do I process a return or exchange?
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start a Return.
- Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return.
- You will receive a confirmation email with shipping instructions.
- If you are exchanging for another size, please indicate this under return reasons and we will ship out the replacement size as soon as we receive your return shipment.
How soon will I get my refund?
- We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and processed your refund.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original payment source from the order and will take 1-5 business days to process, depending on your financial instutution.
